One price, agreed up front. No extras halfway through.

A standard bathroom takes us five working days. You'll get an actual finish date, in writing, before you commit to anything.

We haven't got a showroom, so you're not paying for one. We've got our own plumbers, electricians and joiners, so nobody's stood about waiting on a subcontractor to turn up. We come and look at the job, and you've got a written price within 48 hours.

We’ll come out within 48 hours and you’ll have the price 48 hours after that. No sales patter, no sitting through a pitch.

What we do

Bathrooms, kitchens, and whole houses. We’ve got our own plumbers, electricians, joiners and tilers, so a job doesn’t sit half-finished while we wait on somebody else to turn up. That’s the main reason we can put a date in writing.

The bit everyone worries about

Ask around and it’s never really the price. It’s the builder who took the deposit, started, and then stopped turning up. So here’s what we put in writing on every job.

10% to book, then nothing in advance

The going rate in this trade is 10–15%, and homeowners are told to walk away from anything over 25%. We're at the bottom of that range. Pay it on a credit card and Section 75 covers the whole job, not just the deposit — most builders won't mention that. After the deposit, every payment lands on something you can see: your materials in your house, then the work as it's finished.

On site every working day

Once we start, we're there each working day until it's done. We don't take your job on and then vanish to somebody else's for a fortnight. It's the reason we turn work down when the diary's full instead of squeezing it in.

Walk away if we don't turn up

If we're off site for 3 working days running and we haven't agreed it with you first, you can end the contract there and then and pay only for what's finished. In writing, on every job.

Worked from two bases, not one office

Warrington covers Cheshire, Stoke-on-Trent covers Staffordshire. Same fixed prices in both, and no travel surcharge anywhere in between.

Not on the list? If you are within 30 miles of Warrington or Stoke-on-Trent we almost certainly cover you — ask us.

Questions we get asked before signing

What does “fixed price” actually mean?

It means the number on your contract is the number you pay. Fixtures, labour, waste removal and VAT are all inside it. The only way it changes is if you ask us to add something, and that gets its own written price before we touch it.

What if you take my money and don't come back?

It's the thing everybody worries about, and fairly. Three things go on every contract. We take 10% to book — the going rate is 10 to 15% and you're told to walk from anything over 25%, so we're at the bottom of it — and nothing after that is paid in advance. Your materials are invoiced once they're delivered to your house, and each stage of the work once it's finished and you've signed it off. Once we start we're on site every working day until it's finished. And if we're off site three working days running without agreeing it with you first, you can end the contract on the spot and pay only for what's done.

Why don’t you have a showroom?

Rent, staff, stock, heating — a showroom costs all of that, and it ends up in somebody's quote. We'd rather bring the samples to your kitchen table and put the difference into the job. Door samples and worktop pieces in your own light tell you more than a showroom does anyway.

How quickly will I get a quote?

We survey within 48 hours of your enquiry, and you get the full written price within 48 hours of that survey — so about four days end to end, not four weeks. No pressure to sign on the night and no discount that expires at midnight.

Are you insured and certified?

Yes. Public liability insurance, Gas Safe registration for the plumbing and Part P certification for the electrical work. Certificates go in your handover pack along with the appliance guarantees.

Do I have to pay a deposit?

Yes, 10% when you sign. That covers part of the materials we have to buy before we can start. The going rate in this trade is 10 to 15%, and consumer advice tells people to walk away from anyone asking more than 25% — we've deliberately put ourselves at the bottom of the range. Pay it on a credit card and Section 75 of the Consumer Credit Act protects the whole job, not just the 10%. That's worth doing whoever you hire, and most builders won't tell you about it.

Which areas do you cover?

Cheshire, Staffordshire and south Manchester, worked from two bases — Warrington and Stoke-on-Trent. That puts Chester, Crewe, Tamworth and Cannock comfortably in range. If you are not sure whether you are in our patch, ask.

Get a real number, then watch it not move

Tell us what you want doing and where you are. We come out within 48 hours and put a full written price in front of you within 48 of that. No showroom visit, no sales appointment, no discount that expires at midnight.
