No, and we would rather say so than take a booking we cannot service properly. We cover south Manchester and Trafford from Warrington — roughly everything south of the city centre. North and east Manchester are far enough that traffic would start eating into the completion date, and that date is something we pay out on.
Can you work in a Victorian back-addition bathroom?
It is most of what we do in south Manchester. They come with their own list: solid walls, a soil stack on the outside wall, original joists, and a floor that is rarely level. We survey all of that before quoting rather than discovering it on day two.
